Digital Asset's RISE Proposal on Canton | One App, One Rules Engine, Many Legal Limits

The American Idea Foundation and Digital Asset have announced RISE, a proposed three-state public-benefits pilot intended to use Canton Network as its technology foundation. The model would coordinate separate assistance programs through one interface, programmable spending rules, income-based benefit phase-downs, participation verification, case management, and auditing. The states remain unnamed, federal approvals are still required, and no government contract or production deployment has been confirmed.
